With regard to condition (b), I find that

in the original Crown Lease there is a Building Covenant of

£2. ls. 8d., which I propose to waive in the issue of the

new lease. The amount is insignificant, and since the owner

of the property is the Vicar Apostolic of the Roman Catholic

Church, it would seem unnecessary to adhere to the Covenant,
